Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the original packaging

With all tags intact

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return shipping is 100% free – we cover it for you.
Returns must be approved before being sent back to us. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
To start a return, email us at auragoodshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 –10 business days.
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’re sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item with:

We’ll make sure to send a replacement or process a full refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost if applicable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
EU Customers
If you reside in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
